Your bedroom should be your escape. After all, we spend more time in our bedrooms than in any other room in our home. Make it your own personal sanctuary by considering these key elements:

Color Palette

What colors do you want in the room? Warm tones, such as reds and oranges, are great for darker rooms with less natural light. Cool tones, such as blues and greens, are better for smaller spaces or rooms with lots of natural sunlight.

Sleep Style

Who is sleeping in the room? What size bed can fit in the space comfortably? If you have a design style in mind, match your bed to that style.

Storage

Do you need more storage space? Consider furniture that is stylish and functional. Dressers, TV armoires and nightstands come with built-in storage and a variety of styles to match your décor.

Window Treatments

Determine your lighting needs when selecting window treatments. Is there a privacy issue? Do you need black-out coverings to keep the daytime light out? Whatever your preferences, a dark, quiet bedroom is essential for productive sleep. Dream well!
