More stylish and functional than ever, some can even be outfitted with energy-efficient LED bulbs that never need replacing. “Hawaii homeowners typically like a lot of clean finishes,” says Kyle Kamakura, of Dial Electric & Lighting Gallery. “Glass in pendants, for example, is popular.”

The wall sconce has been around since before the invention of electricity when it held candles and torches along the walls of homes and castles. Today, you can still find a candle design inside traditional sconces, but you can also find LED bulbs and ultra-modern style. Prices available upon request.
