HGTV will showcase its 2011 Dream Home this New Year’s Day.  The home is a “fully furnished, modern rustic mountain home in Stowe, Vermont,” according to HGTV. “The spectacular home, nestled beneath the magnificent Mt. Mansfield, is part of a $2 million grand-prize package that includes a 2011 GMC Acadia Denali and $500,000 cash.” While a home in snowy Vermont is world’s away from the tropical paradise here, it would certainly be a picturesque getaway. The new car and half a million in cash wouldn’t hurt, either.
