Splash of Art
knew they wanted to make a splash when they were tasked with decorating this 20-foot entryway wall in an Aina Haina home. They came up with this eye-catching mermaid and two fish friends. The art is made entirely of recycled copper wire and beach glass. The wall captures the colors and imagery of being underwater and seeing the sun shine down through the ocean. The entryway rug continues the ocean theme as does the antique chest, small lamp and recycled Japanese fishing glass floats.
Weighing in at 250 pounds, the mermaid is an eye-catching, earth-friendly piece of art that will be a point of conversation in this home for years to come.
